ARCSIN()

Computes the arc sine for an argument in the range -1 to 1.

Computes the arc sine of the argument provided its value lies in  
the range of -1 to 1.  The result is an angle with value between  
-PI/2 and PI/2 radians.   RETURNS:  Radians of the angle.
